Product Characteristics
- It is a corrosion and scale inhibitor designed for use in open recirculating cooling water systems.
- It is a multifunctional product containing corrosion inhibitors and scale dispersants, applicable to a wide range of cooling water qualities, and is a more environmentally friendly product as it does not contain molybdates or zinc.
- It is designed for use in high calcium hardness conditions and at a pH of 8.7 or higher, and exhibits excellent corrosion inhibition for copper and copper alloys.
How to Use
- The product's injection concentration and method depend on the system's characteristics and water quality, and it must be injected at a point where it is uniformly mixed and distributed in the circulating cooling water to quantitatively maintain a consistent chemical concentration.
- The product must be continuously injected as an undiluted solution, and is generally used at 160 – 240 ppm.
- The product is designed solely for industrial use and cannot be used in potable water treatment systems.
